Introduction

Wanderlust is India's oldest and No. 1 adventure sports company started in 1987. As the largest adventure event company in India, Wanderlust has conducted over 50,000 jumps till now and lot of successful events in India.

Wanderlust was started with a team of Army officers that offers different adventure sports experiences in India including Bungee Jumping, Zipline and free fall, Paintball battle game, Scad dive, and many more. Apart from adventure activities, Wanderlust also conducts fun activities for children. Wanderlust is the best adventure sports company with 9 National awards till now and has a 100% safety record.

Challenges

  • When we take this project, the major challenge for us was to reach the event to large number of people through Social Media ad campaigns.
  • To make the event successful by huge ticket selling for different adventure activities organised by Wanderlust.

How we helped

  • Webbull India was approached by wanderlust to create paid campaigns on different Social Media Channels for their new event “ Monsoon Adventure Festival” conducted in Silvassa, Dadra, and Nagar Haveli. Our aim was to run a unique Social engagement campaign for the “ Monsoon Adventure Festival” event that focussed on increasing the Social Media reach and the large number of ticket sales.
  • We created campaigns on Facebook and Instagram based on the latest updates and strategies.  We made lots of Social Media posts for their events, collect reviews from the customers to increase their sells.



Result :

The campaign was successful in achieving the goals and objectives, making the event successful by increasing its reach to large number of people. Raise awareness about the safety and security provided by wanderlust and thus ticket were selled to large number of people from all part of country.

When we started campaign on different social media posts of Wanderlust, positive results were shown with an immediate effect. In the above screenshot , you can see that carousal campaigns had total 3,228 links clicked with a huge reach of 196,287 people. In the same way Ticket traffic campaign made reach to 360,830 people. All the campaigns were successfull and achieve their goals.

Thus the event was successfull with a huge sales for different adventure and fun actvities of Monsoon Adventure Festival organised by Wanderlust.
